Benjamin's birthday is July 18, but his grandparents and uncle were coming to visit to see the new baby so we opted to have an early birthday party for him. He was a little confused "Am I five now?" but excited to get early presents. We laughed and sang him the "Unbirthday" song from Alice in Wonderland.
William hates mowing it, but it is a nice change to actually have a backyard to play in. Uncle Spencer coaching Ben on the finer art of throwing a Frisbee.
My parents got Benjamin a swingset for his birthday. It took my Dad and brother all day on Friday to assemble it and it was 100 degrees. They put it together in the garage for the most part and then moved it out to level it on Saturday. Ben couldn't wait until it was all done before giving it a try.
This glider is his favorite part so far because he can make it go all on his own well and it goes pretty high! There is also a stand-up swing, 2 regular swings, rings, a 2 person glider, and a slide. When Logan is bigger we're going to add a baby swing to the frame.

My girls used to have a purple on of those! They loved it. Can't have them out here...TOO HOT! I'm sure he loves it!
congrats on the new baby! I love the name, we have a Logan too! :D It must feel really good to not be pregnant any more. Can you believe Ben is almost 5? Logan turns 5 in Oct. and I can't believe how fast time is going by.
